If we are meeting via telehealth, I will have emailed you a video link. At the time of our session, simply click on the link (if you use a phone, it will prompt you to download the free Telehealth App that you will need)

4. Show Up as You Are

It's okay to feel nervous prior to our first meeting. Please just show up as you are and I will do my best to provide a calm, comforting environment where you can be yourself. Egon, my therapy dog, will also do his best to make you feel relaxed... though he might also request some belly rubs for himself.

I am vaccinated, so it is your decision whether to wear a mask. If you prefer to wear a mask, I will wear one with you in solidarity.
